  1. While I wouldnt want to see anyone hurt, I do not understand why its legal for cyclists to occupy the entire lane. A driver has to choose to 1) risk a head on by passing in the oncoming lane 2) risk hitting a cyclist 3) following at 10-15miles per hour on a highway…. a motorist going that slow would get a ticket… why are the cyclist not required to yield to traffic? Or at least right on the far right so that ppl can pass them more safely?

  2. their both faults driver and rider, rider must be on the right side of the road and the driver is reckless and he is a liar and psycho must go to jail

  3. My biggest question is, do cyclist have to register their bikes for riding in traffic? I don't believe they do, and they also tend not to follow normal traffic laws, such as stop signs, or lights at all times. There has been tons of money thrown into bike paths, and I'm pretty sure there is no bike tax or registration fee associated with cycling. There are however more than enough cyclists to slow down traffic.

  4. I'm an avid cyclist.  The single most important concept you have to remember as a cyclist is that you have ZERO power on the road when compared to a 2 ton vehicle.  "Share the road" is extremely important.  It doesn't matter how right or wrong you or the driver are, you have far more potential for injury as a bicyclist.  I used to flip people off and get animated about stupid car drivers, then I realized that, even if I flip someone off, if that same guy is behind me the next day, he could potentially be angry about it and hit me, and what do I have then?  You can't ride side by side like these two morons were doing.  Yes the driver of the car is out of line and deserves jail time for assault with a deadly weapon, but the bicyclist needs to realize:  If you hog the road riding side by side, you are asking for trouble.  "Blocking" is what this is commonly called, legal or not legal, it's the fastest way to create a road rage incident.  And make  no mistake, these two idiots were doing this for a reason, they purposefully blocked traffic, simply because they could, you can tell by the way they are riding, wide across the entire lane.

  5. I don't see how anybody could say that it was the fault of the cyclist, or of both.

Yes, of course the cyclists should be behind and not next to each other. However, the cars driver was in full control of the situation. There was no need to hit the cyclist.

Saying "it's the cyclists fault" is like claiming that it's a girls fault if you shoot her for dropping ice cream on your shoe.

  6. Bikers that can not keep the minimum speed on most roads are a hazard on those roads to them selves and others.

  7. this driver was charged for assault and battery and assault with a deadly weapon…

  8. Deserved it! Riding in the middle of the lane instead of the side, forcing cars to cross the double yellows.

    GOOGLE any of these lines
"Cycling Weekly", same as all other cycling or athletics magazines, is controlled by the very same illuminati destroying natural sports with false doping accusations against the champions.
Talk of demonizing psy-ops against cyclists and joggers, but this time not served as "glitch" but rather as "caught on surveillance video":

  10. Driver should have license revoked for good. It was either intentional or he doesn’t have the minimum facilities to know he just struck a bike which was right in front of him.
